Shipping & Returns

• All returns must be authorized by Express Kitchens prior to return shipment.
• Returns must be received by Express Kitchens within 30 days of purchase at 231 Weston St Hartford CT 06120.
• All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging and will incur a 30% restocking fee.
• Assembled products and RTA cabinets that have been assembled are not eligible for return.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Any returned product which is deemed un-sellable will not receive credit or refund.
• We cannot accept returns on the following items:
• Decorative Hardware (knobs/pulls)
• RTA cabinets that have been assembled by the customer
• Glass doors or inserts
• Moldings, fillers, and panels, corbels/brackets, feet, posts/legs, valances, and other cabinet trim and accessories.
