Responsibilities

  • Receive and evaluate scope of work to be performed on work orders assigned
  • Planning, tracking and updating schedules with clients, subcontractors and vendors
  • Efficient close out of projects to meet client due dates and company timelines and metrics
  • Daily progress reporting to internal work order management system and department manager
  • Monitoring vendors while work is in progress, through consistent phone calls
  • Collecting and reviewing required documents to effectively close out each project
  • Purchase expedite and track material and resources for projects
  • Generate project schedules based on incoming demand
  • Documents key information for analysis which includes project timelines and project information

Customer Servive - Kitchen cabinets

  • Service and manage existing customers

  • Negotiate with customers
  • Expedite orders, solve problems
  • Resolve issues related to measures, products, installations.
  • Solve day-to-day issues as they arise
  • Additional duties as required by Express Kitchens.

Kitchen Design and Sales-Connecticut Statewide

Responsibilities

  • Design & sell kitchen and bath projects using 20/20 design (space planning, layout design, color combinations)
  • Managing multiple projects at a time
  • Meeting with clients in home & in our show room
  • Placing, managing & tracking orders
  • Keeping our show room updated with samples & brochures
  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of cabinets is a plus
  • People Focused and high energy in our fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate a computer and navigate software systems
  • Passion for delivering customer care in a strong team environment
  • Identifying new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
  • Helping outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining accounts
