Returns
- All returns must be authorized by Express Kitchens prior to return shipment.
- Returns must be received by Express Kitchens within 30 days of purchase at 231 Weston St Hartford CT 06120.
- All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging and will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Assembled products and RTA cabinets that have been assembled are not eligible for return.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Any returned product which is deemed un-sellable will not receive credit or refund.
- We cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Decorative Hardware (knobs/pulls)
- RTA cabinets that have been assembled by the customer
- Glass doors or inserts
- Moldings, fillers, and panels, corbels/brackets, feet, posts/legs, valances, and other cabinet trim and accessories.
- All special order items

Express Kitchens is not responsible for items that are lost, broken, or stolen after they have been released from our custody to the shipping carrier.

All items are presumed to be delivered to the ground floor of your premises. You are responsible for transporting your items from the ground floor to any other building level.
- In-home delivery, assembly, and installation are excluded unless explicitly purchased.
